A new position has been identified to work internally as the Leasing Manager, to ensure that potential tenants and partners meet the agreed strategic and development criteria. You will develop standardized lease models, working closely with the business development and project teams. Suitable candidates are required to show ten years relevant real estate mixed-use experience, leading high level lease transactions for anchor tenants. A Bachelor?s Degree in property or real estate with RICS qualifications are expected, coupled with proven negotiation skills, organisational abilities and a network within the region.
