We have a fantastic opportunity to work for a private group within their automotive plant as the General Manager. As the General Manager, you will oversee the company operations to ensure high efficiency, quality, service and cost effective management of resource. You will be expected to take over recruitment for the plant as well as managing profit and loss and the general management of the plant ensuring strict schedules and deadlines are met. You will ensure budgets are met, create business plans as well as continually reviewing Director?s performance for compliance. To qualify for this position, you will have a Bachelor?s Degree in mechanical engineering and preferable a Master?s Degree. You will bring a solid background in world class manufacturing techniques and demonstrate a robust understanding of system design specifically in an automotive environment.
